These three photos of Consolidated/Convair aircraft – a PT-1, B-36, and B-58 – were taken within 30 years of each other. If, say, one applied that same timeline to the present day, the PT-1 would have been the latest aeronautical technology in 2000, the B-36 in 2017, and the B-58 in 2026.
