By any chance could it be an 8th TFW jet based at Itazuke Air Base in Japan?
The marking pattern looks a lot like the “Itazuke Express” F-100D Super Sabre of the 80th TFS that is detailed in Lou Drendel’s book “Century Series in Color”.
